Terms of service

These terms apply when you create a Usafi360 account or use the service. By signing up you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your business.

Your account

• Provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the staff accounts you create.
• You must have authority to accept these terms for your business.

Free trial and subscription

• New businesses get a free trial. No payment is needed during the trial.
• After the trial, the subscription is charged monthly per active branch at the price shown on our website or in your Billing page.
• If a payment is overdue, your account gets a short grace period and then becomes read-only until payment is made. Your data is not deleted.
• You can stop using the service at any time. Fees already paid are not refundable unless required by law.

Your data

You own the data you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service, as described in ourprivacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful activity, attempts to access other businesses’ data, interference with the service, or reselling it without our agreement.

Service availability

We work to keep Usafi360 available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”. We may update features over time and will give reasonable notice of significant changes.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant we will notify you in the app or by email before they take effect.
