Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Usafi360 (“we”) collects when you use our laundry and dry cleaning management service, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, phone number and password (stored only as a secure hash).
• Business information — your business name, country, currency, branches, prices and settings.
• Records you enter — orders, your customers’ names and phone numbers, payments, stock and staff accounts.
• Subscription payments — amount, date and payment reference. Mobile money payments are processed by the payment provider; we do not store your PIN or card details.
• Technical information — basic logs such as IP address and browser type, used for security and to keep the service running.

How we use information

• To provide the service: run your account, process orders and payments, and produce receipts and reports.
• To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
• To manage your subscription and contact you about your account.

We do not sell your information or your customers’ information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your customers’ information

You decide what customer information to record and you are responsible for having a lawful reason to do so. We process that information only on your instructions, to provide the service to you.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies that keep you signed in securely. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Security

Connections are encrypted, each business’s data is kept separate from every other business, and access is limited to people you add to your account with the role you choose.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to export or delete your business data; we will do so unless we must keep certain records by law (for example, payment records).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, or to object to how it is used. Contact us to make a request.

We will update this page if our practices change and show the date of the latest update above.
